Castle Cave, located right on the edge of the Uçhisar Castle, is one of the most important symbols of the castle and this is the reason from where this name comes.

Cappadocia is famous for its pigeons, as well as for its beautiful horses, and therefore nearly all the valleys have dovecotes (güvercinlik).
