Ecological Gardens & Vineyards

Our ecological gardens are located among the fairy chimneys within walking distance of our hotel. Spend time and taste the fruits and vegetables grown with natural methods.

In addition, “good agricultural practices” are carried out in an area of 200 acres in White Valley. And it’s from here that we source Cappadocia grapes for Museum Hotel’s own wines, grown with our own viticulture activities. Fruits, too, are grown here, such as almonds, walnuts, apples, and apricots.

100% organic honey is produced with our natural beekeeping activities and village eggs produced with our natural poultry activities are served to our guests for breakfast.
